7:00PM: Penn State is playing really well this year, currently 8-1 on the year. Rutgers on the other hand came into the year with 2 top recruits, a top 25 ranking to start the year and are only 5-4 including a loss to Kennesaw State. Penn State is coming off a a home win against 8th ranked Purdue. I think they have a little bit of a let down today with playing an unranked conference opponent on the road.
